WORKSHOPS

Based on my paper, Aware Woman, In-Touch Body: Female Sexual Embodiment in The Patriarchy, linked here,  this workshop was created as an experiential exploration of boundaries, social conditioning, somatic awareness, and self-pleasure.

Participants in this workshop are supported to go through a journey of sexual self-discovery while being held accountable to their process by the collective of the group.  The group as a whole creates an experiential lab where norms and ideals can be explored, and together, we can track what happens in our sexual bodies when we become more aware of the forces that shape us and the sensations that inform us.

All group experiential exercises are clothes-on and non-sexual in nature.
